PTI-P3 transformer partial discharge online monitoring system detects the internal discharge signal of the transformer and diagnoses the insulation state of the transformer.
Combined with digital signal processing technology and virtual instrument technology, it can display the amplitude and frequency of partial discharge inside the transformer at each monitoring point in real time, determine the relative position of the discharge source, and give an alarm if necessary. It can also store the test spectrogram, analyze the discharge type and discharge trend, so as to timely find the internal insulation defects, provide criteria for evaluating the insulation level and aging degree, and provide basis for its maintenance work.
Minimum measured discharge amplitude of the system: 2mV (20PC on site), positioning error: 3m, frequency range of pulse current sensor: 1MHz ~ 30MHz, time resolution of discharge pulse: 10 μ s. The phase resolution is 0.18 °.
The system provides power frequency periodic discharge diagram, two-dimensional (q- φ, N- φ, N-q) spectrogram, discharge trend diagram, etc.
The system adopts comprehensive anti-interference measures such as analog filtering, pulse grouping, periodic pulse elimination, dynamic threshold setting, and open phase window to make the test data true and reliable
